SPF Record Problem

The domain has no SPF (v=spf1) record, more than one, or a record with syntax errors such as an unknown mechanism or a mechanism after "all" (RFC 7208). In a QuikSEO audit, a failure has info severity and counts against the score. The exact condition, its exceptions and its sources follow below.

The rule is a pure function of the fetched page: no extra requests, no account settings. The same input always gives the same result.

Condition and Exceptions

Condition: Probe spf: no v=spf1 record, more than one, or a record with syntax errors (unknown mechanism, all not last) → fail (info)
Exceptions: No probe → not_checked
